Okay i give up on spectrin and actin filaments. They, together with their gang members band3, band4.1, ankyrin and glycophorin are trying to pull an attack on my brain by forcing me to understand stuff. The sneaky little buggers. The brain's out fighting wars. The flu germ-anoids have attaked again, killing and pillaging indiscriminately.
