Although, how the hell did Russia manage to win that match. People say (and by people i mean Jack) that it's because the coach for Russia is Dutch and apparently a fantastic tactician and also knew what van Basten was thinking. The Dutch looked like they were unbeatable. Guess not! Haha I'm having serious soccer fever now and it's killing me that there are no more matches till Wednesday. And thank God the final match is on Sunday and my exam will be done and i can guiltlessly bum my way into oblivion for the rest of the summer. Oh the days of useless existence, stretched out before me like a gold-lined avenue, whose end can only be my forgetting all my schoolwork and the addition of a couple of extra kilos. There will hopefully be a pitstop in India with Thi and Bean (which the Parents are not terribly enthusiastic about, what with diarrhea in every bowl of curry, dirty bathrooms and touchy old men); Calcutta, Varanasi, Nepal. So excited.
