Splatty Snow.

It's snowing today!!!

If you think the exclamation marks and enboldened words signify my enthusiasm for pretty fluttery snow, you can think again. If you think this is going to be one of those "Ooh winter wonderland!" posts, youre WRONG! Cos today's snow is wet and sloppy. It maketh the ground under mine feet wet and puddly and muddy so that my clean (okay not very clean) Levi's jeans get ugly cold soppy patches of damp on them. It also splats against the face with horrifying fury driven by the wind at 30 km/h, melts disgustingly, and finally dribbles down the chin like messily eaten ice-kacang. Furthermore, it sticks to my hair and happily melts, and turns my fringe into 34 dozen rat's tails. Bloody unglam please.

I have something to announce: I LOVE COFFEE HOUSES.
Today i went to Westdale to get my chequeing account fixed so that i dont have to use the visa anymore and papa wont be on tenterhooks that his bank account will disappear in 10 days. And at the bus stop coming back there was a Second Cup cafe place. So since the bus was taking a very annoyingly long time to come and i was getting cold, wet and soppy, i went into the cafe to have something hot. Haiyo i tell you... i love coffeehouses. They are warm and have couches, smell like coffee and everyone in it is so relaxed and comfortable. I shall go back there in the future. I pretended to be refined and had Earl Grey tea and a blueberry muffin and sat demurely at a table studying my chem notes. It was a good experience.

Mon cherie, i need to pangsai. So said Mong in K-town and i laughed my head off. I love her. She's so oddly hilarious. The trip to Missi last weekend was most productive since i bought one million things for only about 200 bucks. I was paying with visa so Papa doesnt seem to think they were good buys at all. "The exchange rate very high now you know!! Why you dont know how to save money one??" Whoops. Sorry la. My favourite buy was a black and white scarf for 18 bucks. One of the things i will wear and wear until it dies, and smile everytime i wear it. See Pa? Cheap and good. Also, gloves from Club Monaco for 5 bucks that have a pretty ruffle thing at the base. See? Also cheap and good.
